Apart from the basic registration that requires: name, email all other personal detail is discretionary.

All Caprotech subscribers, that provide us with additional personal information can be assured that all data will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any outside party, except if we are required by law to do so, or, in confidence to agencies to administer accounts, products or services provided to you by us.

Caprotech does not sell or rent out your e-mail address or any information to other marketers. You can subscribe or unsubscribe to and from the newsletter at any time.

Any communication that you receive as a result of subscribing to an Caprotech service will always be clearly identifiable as coming from Caprotech. We may periodically contact you via mail or email with new information about Caprotech's products and services. If you do not wish us to contact you with this information, please tick the appropriate opt-out box on the registration form for the service or email sales@caprotech.com.

Caprotech has made every effort to deploy a sophisticated security architecture and protocol. All data resides in a tightly controlled, secure data centre.

This means that information about the identity and preferences of individual subscribers should never be accessible to anyone outside Caprotech. However, Caprotech is not responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our wilful neglect.

Modification/Termination of Membership

To end or modify any subscription to a online Caprotech service can be done either via the link at the bottom of a newsletter, via the link in your original registration email or from the home page of the Caprotech site http://www.caprotech.com. If you cannot do this for any reason then email sales@caprotech.com.
