Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is easy - just browse our shop, and click the 'Buy' button next to any items that you wish to purchase which will add them to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order. If you desire these details will be saved on your computer to save you time in future. Please see CREDIT CARD SECURITY and PRIVACY POLICY below for full details.
We accept Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Eurocard.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information over the Internet, via phone, fax or snail mail.
Delivery Schedule
We normally despatch items within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If an item is out of stock, it will be marked "back ordered" on your order acknowledgement and sent out as soon as they are available. “We aim to deliver within 7 days. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund”.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You can cancel your order by email or phone if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused goods to us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights.
